1. Resolution No. 4103, Delaney Tax Abatement for Historic Preservation
(Kramer)
*Approve Resolution No. 4103, authorizing the tax benefits set forth in 15-24-1601
Montana Code Annotated and Resolution No. 2766 for those improvements made through
preservation, restoration, rehabilitation, and reconstruction of the property at 415 South
Willson Avenue, a property which contributes to the Bon Ton Historic District, on the
National Register of Historic Places, for a period of three years.
2. Lindley House Rehabilitation and Secondary Building Site Plan
Certificate of Appropriateness with Deviations #Z-08016 (Kramer)
*Consider a motion approving the Lindley House Rehabilitation and Secondary Building
Site Plan Certificate of Appropriateness with Deviations #Z-08016 as conditioned by
staff.
3. Senior Parking Considerations and Recommendations (Ken Tiahrt, Chair
of Senior Citizens' Advisory Board, and Saunders)
*Consider a motion endorsing the recommendation from the Bozeman Senior Citizens’
Advisory Board regarding senior parking signs.
AND
*Consider a motion directing the Planning Department to include the recommendation
on the City website and make it available when persons purchase the printed text of Title
18, Bozeman Municipal Code.
4. Cottonwood/Tracy Stop Sign Proposal (Arkell)
*Consider a motion directing staff to install stop signs on Cottonwood Street at its
intersection with North Tracy Avenue, based upon the City Engineering Study.
5. Approval of Sources of Funding for Burke Park Lots Purchase from Park
Cash-In-Lieu Fund (Rosenberry)
*Consider a motion approving the expenditure of $520,000 from the Park Cash-In-Lieu
Fund for the purchase price and Gallatin Valley Land Trust assistance in the acquisition
of the Burke Park Lots.

6. Appointments to the City-County Board of Health (Delaney)
*Consider a motion confirming the County Commission’s recommendation of Berk
Knighton to fill the joint City-County vacancy on the City-County Board of Health.
AND
*Consider a motion appointing one member to fill the City Commission-appointed
vacancy on the City-County Board of Health.
7. Approval of City Manager's Appointment to the Police Commission
(Delaney)
*Consider a motion approving the City Manager’s appointment of Bill Ranard to the
Police Commission.
8. Resolution No. 4105, Setting the Time and Day of the City Commission
Policy Meeting (Kukulski/Ulmen)
*Consider a motion approving Resolution No. 4105, Setting the Time and Day of the City
Commission Policy Meeting as the first Thursday of each month from noon-1:30 p.m.
beginning June 5, 2008.
