It is to be comprised of up to fifteen members: (1) Three or four professional members with professional expertise in the disciplines of history, planning, archaeology, architecture, architecture history, historic archaeology, or other history preservation-related disciplines, such as cultural geography or cultural anthropology, provided, however, that at least one member shall be an architect holding Montana or NCARB registration; (2) Two to four members from historic districts; (3) One member from the Main Street commercial district, who "shall operate a business or own property in the neighborhood described as Main Street"; (4) Four to six at-large representatives.
