E. Public Service Announcement – FCC Transition to Digital Television Outreach

F. Minutes – August 4, 2008
*Consider a motion approving the Minutes from the August 4, 2008 Regular Meeting as
submitted.
G. Consent
1. Authorize Payment of Claims (LaMeres)
2. Adopt Resolution No. 4132, Authorizing The Award Of An Alternative
Project Delivery Contract For Remediation Of Asbestos Ore At The CMC
East Main CECRA Facility, and Authorize City Manager to execute on
behalf of the City of Bozeman (Cooper)
3. Approve the Building Report for September 2008 (Doerksen)
*Consider a motion approving Consent items 1-3 as listed above.

opportunity in conjunction with each agenda item for comments pertaining to that

I. Action Items
1. Aquatic Facility Survey Reports (Dingman/McCarthy)
*Consider a motion adopting as work plans the Aquatic Facility Survey Reports for the
Bozeman Swim Center and Bogert Pool.
AND
*Consider a motion directing staff to incorporate the Bozeman Swim Center and Bogert
Pool work plans into the Capital Improvements Program process.
2. Digital Automated Red Light Camera Enforcement Program Contract
(McLane)
*Consider a motion authorizing the City Manager to sign the Contract Agreement with
Redflex Traffic Systems, Inc. which, acting at the direction of the City, will implement,
maintain and manage the Digital Automated Red Light Camera Enforcement Program at
selected intersections in Bozeman on an initial 3-year term.
3. Potential Amendments to the City’s Ethics Ordinance (Planalp)
*Consider a motion directing staff on potential amendments to the City’s Ethics
Ordinance.
