BACKGROUND: The City Commission may license a business to sell beer&wine (Bozeman Municipal Code 5.52.020). The applicant has a license from the Montana Liquor Control Board(406-715-3181-401). FISCAL EFFECTS: done ALTERNATIVES: As suggested by the City Commission.
