C. Public Service Announcement
1. City Offices will be closed on Thursday, November 27 and Friday,
November 28, 2008 for the Thanksgiving Holiday (Kissel)
2. Mountain Pine Beatle (Stover)
D. Authorize Absences of Cr. Becker and Cr. Rupp
*Consider a motion approving the absences of Cr. Becker and Cr. Rupp.
E. Minutes- September 2, 2008, September 4, 2008 Policy Meeting, and September
8, 2008.
*Consider a motion approving the minutes of September 2, 2008, the September 4, 2008
Policy Meeting, and September 8, 2008 as submitted.
F. Consent
1. Authorize Payment of Claims (LaMeres)
2. Approve the Final Plat for West Winds Subdivision Phase 5 #P-08013 and
Authorize the Director of Public Service to Execute the Same on Behalf of
the City of Bozeman (Krueger)
3. Approve the Final Plat for Lot 70, Babcock Meadows #P-08014 and
Authorize the Director of Public Service to Execute the Same on Behalf of
the City of Bozeman (Bristor)
4. Approve a One Year Extension for Meadow Creek Subdivision
Preliminary Plat Approval #P-05053 with the Contingencies listed by the
Planning Office (Skelton)
5. Approve and Authorize Publishing a Request for Proposal for Contracting
of Realty Services for the Sale of the Old City Hall Lots and Facility
Located at 411 East Main Street (Fontenot)

6. Award Bid for the Lease of One New 2008/2009 Street Sweeper to
Western Plains and Machinery of Billings (VanDelinder)
*Consider a motion approving Consent items 1-6 as listed above.
G. Public Comment - Please state your name and address in an audible tone of voice
for the record. This is the time for individuals to comment on matters falling
within the purview of the Bozeman City Commission. There will also be an
opportunity in conjunction with each agenda item for comments pertaining to that
item. Please limit your comments to three minutes.
H. Action Items
1. Swim Center Air Handler Funding Recommendations
(Kukulski/Rosenberry)
*Consider a motion approving the City Manager’s recommendation to fund the design,
engineering, purchase and installation of the replacement of the Swim Center Air
Handler Unit as outlined in the Commission Memorandum.
