CITY OF BOZEMAN CITIZEN ADVISORY BOARD VACANCIES
Make a difference in your community – volunteer as a board member!
The City Clerk's Office is currently seeking applications to fill positions.
Both new applicants and returning board members are encouraged to apply.
End of year Advisory Board Term Expirations (these boards have positions with terms expiring end of year 2008 or January 2009):
• Band Board – 1 term expiring on December 31
• Board of Adjustment – 2 terms expiring January 31
• Bozeman Area Bicycle Advisory Board – 4 terms expiring on December 31
• Cemetery Advisory Board – 2 terms expiring on December 31
• City Planning Board – 4 terms expiring January 31
• City-County Board of Health – 2 terms expiring January 31
• Fire Code Board of Appeals – 1 term expiring on December 31
• Impact Fee Advisory Committee – 3 terms expiring on December 31
1 term: general citizen 1 term: citizen not in the development industry 1 term: builder
• North Seventh Urban Renewal Board – 1 term expiring January 31
• Pedestrian and Traffic Safety Committee – 1 term expiring on December 31
• Public Transit Stakeholder’s Advisory Board – 2 terms expiring on December 31
1 term: HRDC/Galavan representative 1 term: ASMSU representative
• Recreation and Parks Advisory Board – 6 terms expiring on December 31 2 terms: students (expired Oct. 2nd) 4 terms: City residents
• Senior Citizens Advisory Board – 3 terms expiring on December 31
• Wetlands Review Board – 2 terms expiring on December 31
• Zoning Commission – 3 terms expiring on January 31
Current Board Vacancies (open positions whose terms do not expire end of year 2008):
• Beautification Advisory Board - 2 Vacancies • Board of Appeals– 1 Vacancy • Bozeman Historic Preservation Advisory Board - 3 Vacancies
• Community Affordable Housing Advisory Board - 6 Vacancies
• Community Alcohol Coalition - 7 Vacancies
• Design Review Board – 1 vacancy • Downtown Bozeman Improvement District (IDB/TIF) – 2 Vacancies • Fire Code Board of Appeals – 1 Vacancy
• Gallatin Local Water Quality Board – County Board with 1 Vacancy for a city rep.
• Impact Fee Advisory Committee – 3 Vacancies
• Northeast Urban Renewal Board – 1 Vacancy (non-voting) • North Seventh Urban Renewal Board – 1 Vacancy (non-voting) • Public Transit Stakeholders Advisory Board – 1 Vacancy

• Wetlands Review Board (Biologist) – 1 Vacancy
Board (re)appointments will begin at the Monday, December 15th Commission Meeting. For full consideration please submit your applications before Tuesday, December 9th. All board (re)applicants will need to fill out a new application, whether they are new or have
been serving on a board for years.
