SUBJECT: (Re)Appointments to the Zoning Commission
MEETING DATE: January 5, 2009
RECOMMENDATION: (Re)appoint up to two members to the Zoning Commission.
BACKGROUND: Three terms on the Zoning Commission will expire on January 31, 2009.
Two applicants have re-applied for another term.
The Zoning Commission is created under Resolution No. 3312 to establish procedures for the
administration of the municipal zoning ordinance within the City limits.
This Commission shall consist of five members appointed by the City Commission, and they
shall serve staggered two-year terms.
Any person of legal age may be appointed, but all members must be City residents.
This board currently has three expiring terms and two applicants seeking re-appointment.

ALTERNATIVES: As suggested by the City Commission.
