SUBJECT: Langr Kennel License Application

RECOMMENDATION: Approve the kennel license application of Andrew and Cassandra Langr
BACKGROUND: This application site is adequate in size for this proposed use. Applicant has three cats that live in the house and do go to the outside fenced yard at times. I have received no complaints about this use and
therefore see no adverse effects to abutting property. I have no recommendations for conditions to this
kennel application and do recommend approval.
FISCAL EFFECTS: N/A
ALTERNATIVES: As directed by the Commission.

RE: Kennel License Public Hearing for Andrew and Cassandra Langr
Dear Andrew and Cassandra:
Your Kennel License Application has been scheduled for a public hearing in front of the Bozeman City
Commission on 2/9/2009 wherein the Bozeman City Commission will consider the kennel license
application for approval or denial. Prior to the hearing, you are invited to submit public comment on this application via U.S. Mail care of
the Bozeman City Clerk’s office, P.O. Box 1230, Bozeman, MT 59771, in person at Bozeman City
Hall, 121 North Rouse Avenue or via e-mail at agenda@bozeman.net.
Additionally, your public comment is welcome on the night of the Commission hearing which begins at 6 pm, on Monday 2/9/2009in the Bozeman City Hall Commission Meeting Room. Don’t hesitate to
