A.Call to Order – 4:30 PM
B.Public Comment – Please state your name and address for the record. This provides the public with the
opportunity to comment on matters falling within the purview of the NSURB. An opportunity will be
provided for the public to comment on Discussion and Action Items. Please limit your comments to 3
minutes.

C.Meeting Minutes –Discuss and approve meeting minutes from January 8
D.Discussion Items

1. RFP applications for North 7 Avenue Lighting and Right of Way investigation, and
preliminary design.
2. Bylaws – Discussion draft version for submittal to City Attorney’s Office for review
3. Commercial Rehabilitation Loan Program
E.Action Items
1. Consider a motion directing staff to forward the first draft of the NSURB bylaws to the City
Attorney’s office.
2. Consider a motion directing staff to forward a draft of the Commercial Loan Rehabilitation
Program documents (program description, application, etc.) to the City Attorney’s Office.
