Potential Amendments to the City's Ethics Ordinance, opened and
continued from October 13, 2008 (Planalp)
*Consider a motion directing staff on potential amendments to the City's Ethics
Ordinance regarding questions three and four listed on the staff memorandum.
2. Fellowship Baptist Church Minor Subdivision Preliminary Plat #P-08007
(Skelton)
*Consider a motion conditionally approving the Fellowship Baptist Church Minor
Subdivision Preliminary Plat #P-08007 for a two lot minor subdivision as recommended
in Planning Board Resolution #P-08007.
AND
*Consider a motion regarding the request for a variance to Section 18.44.060 "Street
Improvement Standards" of the Unified Development Ordinance, Bozeman Municipal
Code.
3. Fellowship Baptist Church Zone Map Amendment # Z-08075 (Skelton)

*Consider a motion approving the Fellowship Baptist Church Zone Map Amendment # 2-
08075 subject to the terms and contingencies provided in Zoning Commission Resolution
# Z-08075.
4. The Knolls East and Highland South Major Subdivision Preliminary Plat
#P-07037, Tabled November 5, 2007 (Riley)
*Consider a motion to take from the table the motion from November S, 2007 "To
approve the application with conditions listed on pages 2-8 of the Planning Board
Resolution and that we restore the original condition number S as it was brought forward
to the Planning Board before any changes were made to it at the Planning Board ".
AND
*Consider a motion setting a date of November 3, 2008 for the continued public hearing
and consideration.
Building Inspection 1st Quarter Fiscal Year 2009 Update, July 1-Sept 30,
2008 (Kukulski/Rosenberry)
*Consider a motion continuing with current staffing levels in the Building Inspection
Department and evaluate after December 2008 (2" Quarter Fiscal Year 2009).
