2. Approve Beer & Wine License for Bridger Pasta Co. DBA The Naked
Noodle (Neibauer)
*Consider a motion approving Consent items 1-2 as listed above.
D. Public Comment -Please state your name and address in an audible tone of voice
for the record. This is the time for individuals to comment on matters falling
within the purview of the Bozeman City Commission. There will also be an
opportunity in conjunction with each agenda item for comments pertaining to that
item. Please limit your comments to three minutes.
E. Action Items
1. Resolution No. 4123, Annual Assessment for All Lighting Districts, open
and continue to September 15, 2008 (Rosenberry)
*Consider a motion opening and continuing Resolution No. 4123, Annual Assessment for
All Lighting Districts, to September 1 S, 2008.
F. FYI/Discussion
1. Discuss scheduling Ordinance No. 1748, Amending Chapter 2.96
Bozeman Senior Citizens' Advisory Board of the Bozeman Municipal
Code, for Provisional Adoption on September 15, 2008 (Ulmen)
G. Special Presentation -Community Tour (Commissioners and staff will load on a
bus and tour the City to look at different planning areas.)
