1. Authorize Payment of Claims (LaMeres)
2. Authorize City Manager to sign the Notice of Award for the 2008 Lamme
Water Main Replacement Project (Murray)
3. Authorize City Manager to sign the Second Amendment to Professional
Services Agreement with Renewable Technologies, Inc. for the Bozeman
Historical and Architectural Inventory Scoping Study (Bristor)
4. Ratify City Manager's Signature on the Fiscal Year 2009 Montana State
University (MSU) Fire Service Agreement (Rosenberry)
*Consider a motion approving Consent items 1-4 as listed above.

opportunity in conjunction with each agenda item for comments pertaining to that
item. Please limit your comments to 3 minutes.
