*Consider a motion approving the Minutes of the April 9, 2008 Policy Meeting and April 14,
2008 as submitted.
H. Consent
1. Authorize Payment of Claims (LaMeres)
2. Approve Reclaiming Review Authority for the South Towne Square Zoning
Variance #C-08003 (Krueger)
3. Approve Depository Bonds and Pledged Securities as of March 31, 2008 (Clark)
4. Approve Ratifying Resolution No. 4101, Authorizing Submission of the Treasure
State Endowment Program (TSEP) Application (Rosenberry)
*Consider a motion approving Consent items 1-4 as listed above.
I. Public Comment -Please state your name and address in an audible tone of voice for the
record. This is the time for individuals to comment on matters falling within the purview
of the Bozeman City Commission. There will also be an opportunity in conjunction with
each agenda item for comments pertaining to that item. Please limit your comments to
3 minutes.

K. Special Presentation -Police/Court Master Plan Study (Jeff Sandholm, Dowling
Sandholm Architects)
L. Action Items
Architectural Contract for the Story Mansion Rehabilitation (Goehrung)
*Consider a motion directing staff to finalize the contract with Comma-Q Architects in the
amount of $49,149.00 for a complete Schematic Design Analysis of the Story Mansion and
a. authorize the City Manager to sign the contract.
OR
b. bring the contract back for Commission approval (if the Commission wants a final review of
the contract).
AND
*Consider a motion directing staff to advertise for a General Contractor/Construction Manager
and select a firm to assist the Architect in developing detailed cost estimates for the
rehabilitation of the Story Mansion.
M. FYI/Discussion
1. Reminder of the Joint City-Town/County Meeting on Friday, May 9, 2008 at 12
p.m. in Three Forks (Kukulski/Delaney)
2. Discuss Cancelling the City Commission Meeting on Tuesday, May 27, 2008 and
the Policy Meeting on Wednesday, May 28, 2008 (Kukulski)
