Minutes -December 17, 2007, January 14, 2008, and January 25, 2008 Joint City-County Meeting *Consider a motion approving the Minutes of December 17, 2007, January 14, 2008, and the January 25, 2008 Joint City-County Meeting as submitted. E. Consent 1. Authorize Payment of Claims (LaMeres) 2. Authorize City Manager to sign the Contract with Protection Tech for Parking Control Equipment for the Downtown Bozeman Intermodal Facility (Goehrung) 3. Authorize City Manager to sign the Standard Form of Agreement between the City of Bozeman and Martel Construction for Fire Station #3 and the County 911 Center (Goehrung) 4. Authorize City Manager to sign a Professional Services Contract with National Research Center, Inc. (Fontenot) 5. Authorize City Manager to sign the Drainage Easement and the Release and Reconveyance of Easement for Highgate House (Murray) 6. Authorize City Manager to sign a Sewer and Water Pipeline and Access Easement and Agreement for the Cattail Lofts Development (Heaston) 7. Authorize Mayor to sign the Findings of Fact and Order for the Preliminary Plat of Eastlake Minor Subdivision (Windemaker) 8. Approve cancelling the previously scheduled Special Policy Meeting on Wednesday, February 27, 2008 from 12:00-1:30 p.m. (Ulmen) 11. Approve Resolution No. 4096, Setting the City's Priority List for Federal Funding Assistance (Kukulski) 12. Approve Resolution No. 4097, Establishing a Fee Schedule for Reservation of Story Mansion Grounds for Group Activities (Dingman) 13. Finally adopt Ordinance No. 1739, Cahill Tracts 4 & 5 Zone Map Amendment #Z-07163 (Knight) *Consider a motion approving Consent items 1-13 as listed above. F. Public Comment -Please state your name and address in an audible tone of voice for the record. This is the time for individuals to comment on matters falling within the purview of the Bozeman City Commission. There will also be an opportunity in conjunction with each agenda item for comments pertaining to that item. Please limit your comments to 3 minutes. G. Mayoral Proclamation -Peace Corps Week: February 25-March 3, 2008 (Mayor Jacobson) H. Special Presentation -State of the Neighborhoods Address (Bozeman Inter- Neighborhood Council) I. Action Items Greek Way Apartments Site Plan #Z-07270, opened and continued from February 11, 2008 (Krueger) *Consider a motion opening and continuing the Greek Way Apartments Site Plan #2- 07270 until March 17, 2008 as requested by the applicant. 2. The Willson/Bozeman Armory Site Plan and Certificate of Appropriateness with Deviations #Z-07278 (Bristor) *Consider a motion approving the Willson/Bozeman Armory Site Plan and Certificate of Appropriateness with Deviations #Z-07278. Meadow Creek Sewer Payback District (Murray) *Consider a motion authorizing the City Manager to sign the revised Meadow Creek Subdivision Payback Agreement for Sanitary Sewer bnprovements. 4. Bozeman High School Renovation Addition Informal #I-08002 (Skelton) *Consider the comments of the Development Review Committee. AND *Provide the applicant with comments and advice for consideration prior to proceeding with construction of the project. 2 5. Draft Stormwater Facility Plan (Murray) *Consider public comment. AND *Consider a motion approving the Draft Stormwater Facility Plan with the Commission's recommendations, if any. 6. Appointment to the Tree Advisory Board (Delaney) *Consider a motion appointing up to one member to the Tree Advisory Board. 7. Appointment to the Senior Citizens' Advisory Board (Delaney) *Consider a motion appointing up to one member to the Senior Citizens' Advisory Board. J. FYI/Discussion K.
