Call to Order - 6:00 pm -City Commission Room, City Hall, 411 East Main Street (not at the County Courthouse) B. Pledge of Allegiance and a Moment of Silence C. Consent 1. Authorize Payment of Claims (LaMeres) 2. Authorize City Manager to sign a Contract between the City of Bozeman and Facility Improvement Corporation (FICO) for Commissioning Services for the Remodel of the Old Library into the New City Hall (Goehrung) 3. Authorize Mayor and City Commissioners to sign the Montana Department of Transportation City/State Storm Drain Agreement and the City of Bozeman Construction Agreement for South 19th Projects (Hixson) 4. Authorize City Manager to sign the Haggerty Lane Cottages Public Access Easement and Public Park Easement (Johnson) 5. Finally adopt Ordinance No. 1701, East Gallatin Zone Map Amendment #Z-07006 (Knight) *Consider a motion approving Consent items 1-5. D. Action Items Delaney Tax Abatement Request for Historic Preservation, moved from December 10, 2007At the Request of the Applicant (Kramer) *Consider a motion approving the Delaney Tax Abatement Request for Historic Preservation. 2. Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) for Fiscal Year 2006- 2007 (LaMeres) i *Consider a motion accepting the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report for Fiscal Year 2006-2007a1ong with the Letter to Management from Junkermier, Clark, Campanella, Stevens. P. C. including Adjustment and Reclassification of Journal Entries. Capital Improvements Program (CIP) for Fiscal Years 2009-2013 (Rosenberry) *Consider a motion adopting the Capital Improvements Program (CIP) for Fiscal Years 2009-2013 with adjustments, if any, as suggested by the City Commission. 4. The Norton East Ranch Major Subdivision Preliminary Plat #P-07047 (Krueger) *Consider a motion conditionally approving The Norton East Ranch Major Subdivision Preliminary Plat #P-07047 with the Conditions and Code Provisions listed in the Staff Report Addendum dated January 16, 2008. Greater Bozeman Area Transportation Plan (2007 Update) -Project Presentation and Discussion (Murray) *Consider Presentation and Discussion regarding the Greater Bozeman Area Transportation Plan (2007 Update). AND *Consider a motion directing Staff to bring back a Unified Development Ordinance amendment to 18.44.060. D. Level of Service Standards. 6. Consideration of Conceptual Support for the Bozeman East Side Wetlands (Kukulski) *Consider a motion endorsing Conceptual Support for the Bozeman East Side Wetlands. 2 1 9. Appointment to the Bozeman Area Bicycle Advisory Board (Ulmen) *Consider a motion appointing up to one member to the Bozeman Area Bicycle Advisory Board. 10. (Re)Appointments to the City Planning Board (Delaney) *Consider a motion (re) appointing up to seven members to the City Planning Board. AND *Consider a motion appointing up to one City Commissioner as a Voting Member to the City Planning Board. 11. (Re)Appointments to the Zoning Commission (Delaney) *Consider a motion (re) appointing up to two members to the Zoning Commission. 12. (Re)Appointments to the Senior Citizens' Advisory Board (Delaney) *Consider a motion (re) appointing up to two members to the Senior Citizen's Advisory Board. 13. Appointment to the Impact Fee Advisory Committee (Delaney) *Consider a motion appointing up to one member to the Impact Fee Advisory Committee. 14. (Re)Appointment to the Pedestrian and Traffic Safety Committee (Delaney) *Consider a motion (re)appointing up to one Voting City Appointee to the Pedestrian and Traffic Safety Committee. F.
