1. Authorize Payment of Claims (LaMeres)
2. Authorize City Manager to sign a Contract between the City of Bozeman
and Facility Improvement Corporation (FICO) for Commissioning
Services for the Remodel of the Old Library into the New City Hall
(Goehrung)
3. Authorize Mayor and City Commissioners to sign the Montana
Department of Transportation City/State Storm Drain Agreement and the
City of Bozeman Construction Agreement for South 19th Projects
(Hixson)
4. Authorize City Manager to sign the Haggerty Lane Cottages Public
Access Easement and Public Park Easement (Johnson)
5. Finally adopt Ordinance No. 1701, East Gallatin Zone Map Amendment
#Z-07006 (Knight)
