RELEASE AND RECONVEYANCE OF EASEMENT
COMES NOW the City of Bozeman, 411 E. Main, Bozeman, MT 59715, a Municipal
Corporation of the State of Montana hereinafter ("GRANTOR") and does hereby release and
reconvey the following described easement unto Emil Anderson at PO Box 3654, Bozeman,
Montana 59772-3654, hereinafter ("GRANTEE"), as follows:
WITNESSETH
WHEREAS the Grantor is the legal record title holder of a Temporary Access Easement
and Agreement recorded as Document No. 2207023, Records of the Clerk and Recorder, Gallatin
County, Montana, situated across the Grantee's tract of land, also known as Parcel 1 along West
Durston Road, located in the Southwest Quarter of Section 2, Township 2 South, Range 5 East,
P.M.M, Gallatin County, Montana, and described in Film 87, Page 1894, Records of the Clerk
and Recorder, Gallatin County, Montana.
WHEREAS the above Temporary Access Easement and Agreement was granted on
September 9, 2005 and recorded on October 26, 2005 at the Clerk and Recorder's Office of
Gallatin County, Montana, and
WHEREAS the construction of the improvements to West Durston Road have been
completed and the use of said easement recorded on October 26, 2005 was temporary to allow
access to the property during construction of the improvements, the vacation of said easement
will not adversely impact the Grantor's interests.
WHEREFORE, the Grantor does hereby release and reconvey to Emil Anderson said

easement recorded on October 26, 2005 together with any right, title, or interest that the Grantor
may have in said easement.
