Main, Bozeman, MT 59715, a Municipal Corporation of the State of Montana hereinafter ("GRANTOR") and does hereby release and reconvey the following described easement unto Jessie B. Kemp, owner of 5570 West Durston Road, Bozeman, Montana 59718, hereinafter ("GRANTEE"), as follows: WITNESSETH WHEREAS the Grantor is the legal record title holder of a Temporary Access Easement and Agreement recorded as Document No. 2202602, Records of the Clerk and Recorder, Gallatin County, Montana, situated across the Grantee's tract of land located in the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 11, Township 2 South, Range 5 East, P.M.M, Gallatin County, Montana, and described in Film 147, Page 229, Records of the Clerk and Recorder, Gallatin County, Montana. WHEREAS the above Temporary Access Easement and Agreement was granted on July 15, 2005 and recorded on September 20, 2005 at the Clerk and Recorder's Office of Gallatin County, Montana, and WHEREAS the construction of the improvements to West Durston Road have been completed and the use of said easement recorded on September 20, 2005 was temporary to allow access to the property during construction of the improvements, the vacation of said easement will not adversely impact the Grantor's interests. WHEREFORE, the Grantor does hereby release and reconvey to Jessie B.
