This commitment is subject to receipt and satisfactory review of all normal Commercial Loan documentation, free and clear title to the property, a professional appraisal verifying an acceptable loan to value and that no adverse changes have occurred in your financial stature as of time of closing. This commitment will be subject to all of the terms and conditions to be forwarded to you in our commitment letter dated November 21, 2007. This commitment letter satisfies your requirements as set forth in your buy sell agreement.
