HomeMy WebLinkAboutContract Amendment No. 1 with Tindale-Oliver and AssociatesCONTRACT AMENDMENT NUMBER 1 The City of Bozeman, P.O. Box 1230, Bozeman, MT ("City") and Tindale-Oliver & Associates, 1595 S. Semoran Blvd., Building 7, Suite 1540, Winter Park, FL 32792 ("Consultant), collectively the "Parties" entered into an agreement dated September 11, 2006 for the Consultant to furnish specific services of a professional planning and financial nature (the "Agreement"). WHEREAS, the Parties have identified additional work to be performed that is necessary to the reasonable completion of the Agreement, specifically set forth in the October 12, 2007 attached letter incorporated herein by this reference; WHEREAS, the Parties have mutually agreed to terms and conditions in Sections 1, 2, 5, and 13 that allow for amendment to the terms cif the original Agreement; WHEREAS, the Parties agree that the terms and conditions of the Agreement should be revised to include the additional work; NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements contained herein., the Parties agree as follows: Article 1. CONTRACT TIME, shall be amended so that the original completion time of 270 days shall be replaced with a new completion time of 450 days. 2. Article 2. CONTRACT PRICE shall be amended so that the original total price of One Hundred Sixty-Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Eleven Dollars ($167,911) is increased and replaced with a new total price of One Hundred Eighty-Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty-One Dollars ($188,931).
