A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN,
MONTANA, REQUESTING FEDERAL FUNDING ASSISTANCE.
WHEREAS, the City of Bozeman has prioritized its critical projects for the upcoming year; and
WHEREAS, the City of Bozeman has set aside millions of dollars in Impact Fees and rate-payer funds
for upgrades to our Wastewater Treatment Plant, Water Treatment Plant, and road networks;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman,
Montana, that the City of Bozeman is requesting Federal Funding Assistance for
1) Reconstruction of the Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant
2) College Street Upgrades from South 11`" Avenue west to Main Street
3) Kagy Boulevard Upgrades from South Willson Avenue west to South 19th Avenue
4) Watershed Protection to safely open winter access to Hyalite Canyon to include guard rails
and public restrooms.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Cormission of the City of Bozeman, Montana, at a regular
session thereof held on the 25`" day of February 200$.
