LEGAL DESCRIPTION
A Public Trail Easement being on a portion of Lot 3-A, of the
Amended Plat of the Rearrangement of Thompson's Addition No.3,
Located in the Southwest One-Quarter of Section 18, Township 2
South, Range 6 East, Principal Meridian Montana, City of Bozeman,
Gallatin County, Montana, said access easement being 10.00 feet on
the north side and 15.00 feet on the south side of the described
line, and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the north line of said Lot 3-A which bears
North 89"28'33" West, a distance of 144.16 feet from the the
Northeast Corner of said Lot 3-A;
thence South 00"07'42" West, a distance of 18.91 feet;
thence South 68"52'11" West, a distance of 40.10 feet;
thence South 60"22'44" West, a distance of 125.08 feet;
thence South 41"41'15" West, a distance of 126.74 feet;
thence South 60"56'48" West, a distance of 38.56 feet;
thence South 32"59'42" West, a distance of 37.81 feet;
thence South 48"58'42" West, a distance of 42.74 feet;
thence South 70"43'32" West, a distance of 119.30 feet;
thence South 78"20'28" West, a distance of 27.50 feet;
thence South 72"42'16" West, a distance of 152.03 feet;
thence North 85"02'10" West, a distance of 26.82 feet;
thence North 46"09'02" West, a distance of 13.18 feet to a point
the west line of said Lot 3-A;
Said point bears North 01"29'40" East, a distance of 163.98 feet
from the Southwest Corner of said Lot 3-A.
