CONTRACT AMENDMENT NUMBER 1
The CITY OF BOZEMAN, P.O. Box 1230, Bozeman, Montana, a Municipal Corporation of the State of
Montana, ("City") and Renewable Technologies, Inc., 511 Metals Bank Building, Butte, Montana 59701
("Consultant"), collectively the "Parties" entered into an agreement dated June 26, 2007 for the Consultant to
furnish specific services of a professional historic preservation and cultural resource consulting nature.
WHEREAS, the Parties have identified additional calendar days of work required for the reasonable
completion of the Agreement;
WHEREAS, the Parties have mutually agreed to the terms and conditions in Articles 1,2,5 and 13 that
allow for amendment to the terms of the original Agreement;
WHEREAS, the Parties agree that the terms and conditions of the Agreement should be revised to include
the a revised completion time;
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements contained herein, the
Parties agree as follows:
1. Article 1. CONTRACT TIME, shall be amended so that the original completion time of 140
calendar days shall be replaced with a new completion time of 230 calendar days.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties have set their hands and seals the day and year as written.
