Present were Mayor Jeff Krauss, Cr. Sean Becker, Cr. Jeff Rupp, Cr. Steve Kirchhoff, Cr. Kaaren Jacobson, City Manager Chris Kukulski, Assistant City Attorney Tim Cooper, Director of Finance Anna Rosenberry, and City Clerk Stacy Dlmen. 0:12:27 A. Call to Order -12:30 pm - City Commission Meeting Room, City Hall, 411 East Main Mayor Krauss called the meeting to order. 0: 12:29 B.. Pledge of Allegiance and Moment of Silence 0: 13 :53 C. Public Comment Mayor Krauss called for public comment. 0: 14: 19 Jane Klockman - Public Comment Ms. Klockman, of 713 South Wilson, spoke regarding a proposed business plan for the Story Mansion. 0: 17:57 Tuli Fisher - Public Comment Mr. Fisher of 409 South 5th Avenue, spoke regarding a proposed business plan for the Story Mansion. 0: 19:58 Scott Hedlllin - Public Comment Mr. Hedglin, a representative of Dowling Sandholm Architects, spoke regarding a workshop that took place regarding the proposed bus shelters. 0:22:57 Public Comment closed. Mayor Krauss closed public comment. 0:23 :03 D. Round Table Discussion (Identifying potential future agenda items arising from the prior City Commission Meeting of Novemher 5, 2007) 0:23:21 Cr. Rupp Cr. Rupp spoke regarding the placement of stop signs by the Senior Center. 0:24:08 Mayor Krauss Unked Minutes vfthe City Commission Policy Meeting, November 8, 2007 Mayor Krauss asked that the Streamline bus stops be put on a future agenda. 0:26:07 E. Policy Discussion 0:26:101. Story Mansion Discussion (Kukulski and Story Mansion Task Force) 0:26: 1 0 Mr. Kukulski Mr. Kukulski gave an update on the current status ofthe Story Mansion, urging the Commission to give direction whether the Mansion will remain as public property or if it is to be sold for private use. 0:40:00 Jim Webster, Co-Chair of the Story Mansion Task Force. Mr. Webster, of 311 South 3rd Avenue, spoke regarding the need for direction on Story Mansion. 0:43:19 Andy Epple, City Planner Mr. Epple spoke regarding what types of uses are allowed in the zoning designation that the Story Mansion presently holds. 0:52:57 Mr. Kukulski Mr. Kukulski spoke regarding the deadline ofthe SAT grant for the Story Mansion. 0:55:34 Allyson Bristor, Associate Planner Ms. Bristor stated that the grant deadline is firm. 1: 15 :00 Anna Rosenberry, Director of Finance Ms. Rosenberry gave an update on what has been spent on the Story Mansion. 1 :27:28 Mr. Epple Mr. Epple spoke regarding the matching portion of the SAT grant. 1:28:51 Cr. Jacobson Cr. Jacobson suggested that this item be added to a future agenda so the Commission can take action. 1 :37:01 Mr. Kukulski Mr. Kukulski stated that the Commission agreed that the Story Mansion item should be added to an agenda in December. 1 :37:05 F.
