Sundance Business Park II ANNEX #A-07005 (Knight/Heaston) Maus Lane * An Annexation Application to allow the annexation of 1.75 acres into the city. 4. Sundance Business Park II ZMA #Z-07208 (Knight/Heaston) Maus Lane * A Zone Map Amendment Application to establish an urban zoning designation of M-1 (Light Manufacturing District) on 1.75 acres in conjunction with annexation. Degidio Sheet Metal SP #Z-07216 (Skelton/Heaston) Gallatin Park Drive * A Site Plan Application to allow the construction of an ~8,640 square foot, three-unit manufacturing building with related site improvements. Willson Building (Armory) Informal #I-07023 (Bristor/Heaston) 24 West Mendenhall Street * An Informal Application for advice and comment on the demolition of the Armory building and new construction of a ~90,000 square foot, four- story mixed-use building with related site improvements.
