*Consider a motion determining that the property is no longer needed by the City and
that the property may be sold by negotiated sale.
2. Simkins-Hallin Warehouse Addition Site Plan and Certificate of
Appropriateness with Deviations #Z-07120 (Bristor)
*Consider a motion approving Simkins-Hallin Warehouse Addition Site Plan and
Certificate of Appropriateness with Deviations #Z-07120 as conditioned by staff.
3. (Re)Appointments to the Design Review Board (Delaney)
*Consider a motion (re)appointing up to four members to the Design Review Board for
terms that expired on June 30, 2007.
4. (Re)Appointments to the Community Alcohol Coalition (Delaney)
*Consider a motion (re)appointing up to three members to the Community Alcohol
Coalition for terms that expired on June 30, 2007.
5. (Re)Appointments to the Tree Advisory Board (Delaney)
*Consider a motion (re)appointing up to three members to the Tree Advisory Board for
terms that expired on June 30, 2007.
6. (Re)Appointment to the Beautification Advisory Board (Delaney)
*Consider a motion (re)appointing up to one member to the Beautification Advisory
Board for a term that expired on June 30, 2007.
7. Appointment to the Bozeman Area Bicycle Advisory Board (Delaney)
*Consider a motion appointing up to one member to the Bozeman Area Bicycle Advisory
Board.
