*Open the public hearing and consider a motion to continue the Ruggiero Garage
Certificate of Appropriateness with Deviations application #Z-07052 to Monday, April
23, 2007.
2. The Knolls at Hillcrest Planned Unit Development #P-07007, tabled from
March 26, 2007 (Sanford)
*Consider a motion to approve The Knolls at Hillcrest Planned Unit Development #P-
07007 with revisions shown on the Conceptual Plan for The Knolls East/Highland South
and the condition listed in the staff memo.
3. The Knolls East/Highland South Major Subdivision Pre-application #P-
07002, tabled from March 26, 2007 (Sanford)
*Consider the recommendations from staff and the Planning Board about The Knolls
East/Highland South Major Subdivision Pre-application #P-07002, and provide the
applicant with comments to assist them in preparing a Preliminary Plat application.
4. Jonathan L. Foote Addition Site Plan/Certificate of
Appropriateness/Deviations #Z-07033, opened and continued from
