2. Finally adopt Ordinance 1698, Loyal Garden Zone Map Amendment
(Morris)
3. Approve Resolution 4012, Authorizing Supplemental Funding for "Bustle-
Back" Style Public Transportation Buses and Funding for More Public
Transportation Bus Shelters (Fontenot)
4. Approve Resolution 4011, Intent to Create Special Improvement Lighting
District #697, Alder Creek Subdivision Phase 3 (Shannon)
5. Authorize Acceptance of Bid for Wide Area Rotary Mower to Midland
Implement Company, Inc. of Billings, MT (White)
6. Approve the Award of Bid for the Story Mansion Window Replacement to

purview of the Bozeman City Commission. There will also be an
opportunity in conjunction with each agenda item for comments pertaining
to that item. Please limit your comments to 3 minutes.

2. Color World Addition Site Plan/Conditions of Appropriateness/Deviations
#Z-07048, open and continue to April 23 (Bristor)
*Open the public hearing and consider a motion to continue the Color World Addition
Site Plan/Conditions of Appropriateness/Deviations #Z-07048 to April 23.
3. Workforce Housing Task Force Discussion (Workforce Housing Task
Force)
*Consider providing clear direction to staff concerning a final version of the proposed
workforce housing ordinance outlining specific changes, if any, to the current proposal.
AND
*Determine whether staff or a third party should draft and/or review the ordinance and
direct staff to return to the Commission with the first reading of the ordinance.
H. FYI/Discussion
1. May 7, 2007 Work Session at 3:00 pm with County Commissioners to
discuss Police and Municipal Court Facilities
