H. Mayoral Proclamation – Proclamation of February 26 through March 4, 2007 as

I. Special Presentation - State of the Neighborhoods Address (Oulman, et al)
J. Action Items
1. Transportation Plan Update - Request for Additional Funding (Murray)
*Consider a motion authorizing additional budgetary authority, and consider authorizing the
City Manager to sign a revised joint funding agreement regarding the Transportation Plan.
2. Meadow Creek Phase III and IV Annexation #A-06015 (Krueger)
*Consider a motion approving the Meadow Creek Phase III and IV Annexation #A-06015
with the 11 recommended terms of annexation listed on Page 10, 11, and 12 of the staff
report, and consider directing staff to prepare an annexation agreement for signature by
the parties.
3. Meadow Creek Phase III and IV Zone Map Amendment #Z-06274
(Krueger)
*Consider a motion approving an initial municipal zoning designation of R-3
(Residential Medium Density District) and R-4 (Residential High Density District) for
Meadow Creek Phase III and IV subject to contingencies outlined in the Commission
memo.
4. Costco Gasoline Conditional Use Permit/Certificate of
Appropriateness/Deviations #Z-07012 (Krueger)
*Consider a motion approving the Costco Gasoline Conditional Use and Certificate of
Appropriateness application with deviations, #Z-07012, as conditioned by Planning Staff.
5. Appoint member to the Audit Committee (Fontenot)
*Consider a motion reappointing one (1) member to the Audit Committee with a term
beginning March 1, 2007.
6. Appoint members to the Bozeman Area Bicycle Advisory Board
(Fontenot)
*Consider a motion appointing up to two (2) members to the Bozeman Area Bicycle
Advisory Board.
