5. Approve beer & wine or liquor license renewal for calendar year 2007

6. Provisionally Adopt Ordinance No. 1690, Repeal of Chapter 2.72 of the
Bozeman Municipal Code pertaining to residency restrictions for city

and foot patrols (Tymrak)

“Cowboys and Ranchers Heritage Week”

1. Unified Development Ordinance Text Amendments, #Z-06263, opened
and continued from January 16, 2007 (Saunders/Windemaker)
*Consider a motion to approve application #Z-06263, Unified Development Ordinance
Text Amendments, as amended in the Commission memo of January 16, 2007, and as
amended in the Commission memo of January 22, 2007, with the amendment to Section
18.14.010 held in abeyance until a final decision is made on the proposed Urban Mixed
Use District.
2. Historic Preservation Advisory Board Appointment (Bristor)
*Consider a motion to transfer a current “At-Large” representative of the Historic
Preservation Advisory Board to a “Neighborhood” representative of the Board and
appoint one new “At-Large” member.
3. Community Alcohol Coalition Appointment (Bernard)
*Consider a motion to appoint one new member as a hospitality industry representative
to the Community Alcohol Coalition.
4. Senior Citizens Advisory Board Appointment (Bernard)
*Consider a motion to appoint one member to the Senior Citizens Advisory Board.
5. Resolution 3987, creation of SILD #692 Baxter Meadows Phases 3 & 6

*Consider a motion to adopt Commission Resolution No. 3987 creating SILD #692

6. Update of Capital Improvement Plans Schedules for FY2008-2012

a. Building Inspection Fund
*Consider a motion to approve the FY2008-2012 Building Inspection Fund Capital
Improvement Plan.
b. Street Maintenance Fund
*Consider a motion to approve the FY2008-2012 Street Maintenance Fund Capital
Improvement Plan.
c. Forestry (Tree Maintenance Fund)
*Consider a motion to approve the FY2008-2012 Forestry (Tree Maintenance Fund)
Capital Improvement Plan.
7. Kagy Gardens - Annexation Extension Request from J. Smania (Epple)
*Consider a motion supporting the requested 60 day extension of preliminary annexation
approval.
8. Chief Joseph Middle School Public Informational Hearing, #Z-06295
(Epple)
*Conduct the Public Informational Hearing, and provide opportunity for public review
and comment on the proposal. No motion is required.
