QUIT CLAIM DEED
THIS INDENTURE, made this 31 st day of July, 2007 between Gallatin County, 311 W. Main Street,
Bozeman, Montana 59715 (telephone: 406 582-3000), a political subdivision of the State of Montana,
the (Seller) and the City of Bozeman, PO Box 1230, Bozeman, Montana 59771-1230, a political
subdivision of the State of Montana, the (Purchaser);
WITNESSETH: That the seller for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other
valuable consideration to it in hand paid by the Purchaser, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
does hereby convey, remise, release and quitclaim unto purchaser, and to its heirs and assigns, all right,
title and interest in and to the following described real estate, situated in the County of Gallatin and
State of Montana, to-wit:
Mcleod Park as designated on the recorded plat of Subdivision No. 1 of the Sour Dough
Creek Properties; located in the SW l~ Sec. 19 & the NW 1 \4 Sec. 30, T2S R6E, and in
the SE 1;4 Sec. 24, & the NE 1;4 Sec. 25, T2S, R5E, M.P.M. Gallatin County Montana.
Together with all the tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances thereto belonging, and the reversion
and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issue and profits thereof; and also all the estate, right,
title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand whatsoever as well in law as in equity, of the
Seller, of in or to the said premises and every part and parcel thereof.
TO HAVE AN TO HOLD, all singular the said premises, with the appurtenances unto the
Purchaser, its heirs and assigns until such time as the land shall cease to be used for such purpose for a
period of 5 years in succession, the title thereto shall revert to the county making such grant.
