A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
MONTANA, AUTHORIZING THE SUBMISSION
DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT APPLICATION TO THE
OF COMMERCE.
CITY OF BOZEMAN,
OF A COMMUNITY
MONTANA DEPARTMENT

WHEREAS, the City of Bozeman is applying to the Montana
Department of Commerce for a Community Development Block Grant to
undertake a Housing and Neighborhood Revitalization project; and
WHEREAS, the City of Bozeman is authorized to conduct such
activity under Sections{s) 7-15-4101, 7-15-4102, and 7-15-4103,
MCA; and
WHEREAS, the City of Bozeman agrees to conform with the '\
regulations, statutes, terms and conditions described in the CDBG
Statement of Assurances,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOZEMAN THAT:
Kenneth L. Weaver, Mayor of Bozeman, is authorized to submit
this application to the Montana Department of Commerce, on behalf
of the City of Bozeman, to act on behalf of Bozeman and to provide
such additional information as may be required.
