COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2519
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF BOZEMAN , MONTANA, ESTABLISH ING A REVISED LAND-
FILL FEE SCHEDULE FOR USERS OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN
LANDFI LL.
WHEREAS, the Bozeman City Commission did regularly pass Resolution
No. 2403 on the 6th day of July 1982, which Resolution established a landfill
gate fee schedule for users of the City of Bozeman landfill; and
WHEREAS, said Resolution called for a study of current landfill ope rat-
ing costs and fees by the City of Bozeman, which has been completed, with result-
ing conclusions having been submitted to the Commission; and
WHEREAS, in order to properly operate the City of Bozeman landfill in
self-supporting capacity, it is necessary to revise the established fee schedule,
based on that study, to provide equitable spreading of costs to users of the land-
fi II;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
TH E CITY OF BOZEMAN , MONTANA:
Section 1. That to defray the cost and expense of operating the City
of Bozeman landfill, there is hereby established a schedule of fees to be levied
against all users of the landfill, as set forth in Schedule II All attached.
Section 2. That the rates established herein shall become effective
November 1, 1984.
Section 3. That the regular session of the Commission of the City of
Bozeman, Montana, to be held in the Commission Chamber in the Municipal Building
of said City on the 24th day of September 1984, at 7: 00 o'clock p. m., and the
same is hereby designated as the time and place at which objections to the final
adoption of the this Resolution will be heard by said Commission.
Section 4. That the Clerk of the Commission be, and she is hereby
ordered and directed to publish in the Bozeman Daily Chronicle, a daily news-
paper printed and published in said City of Bozeman, a notice signed by the Clerk
of the Commission, stating that a Resolution establishing a revised landfill fee
schedule for users of the City of Bozeman landfill is on file in the office of the

Clerk of Commission subject to inspection for a period of five (5) days; that said
notice shall state the time and place at which objections will be heard by the Com-
mission to the final adoption of this Resolution; and that said Notice shall be
published at least five (5) days before the date set by the Commission for hear-
ing of objections and the final adoption of this Resolution.

HEARING, FINAL ADOPTION OF COMMISSION RESOLUTION
NO. 2519, ESTABLISHING A REVISED LANDFILL FEE
SCHEDULE FOR USERS OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN LAND-
FILL.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a regular session of the Commission
of the City of Bozeman held on the 4th day of September 1984, Commission Resolu-
tion No. 2519 was provisionally passed and adopted; that said Resolution estab-
lishes a revised landfill fee schedule for users of the City of Bozeman Landfill.
That said Commission Resolution No. 2519 is now on file in the office
of the Clerk of the Commission of the City of Bozeman, subject to inspection of
all persons interested, for a period of five (5) days; that Monday the 24th day
of September 1984, at 7: 00 p. m. of said day at a regular session of the Com-
mission of the City of Bozeman, in the Commission Room, in the City Hall Build-
ing, has been designated as the time and place when and where said Commission
will hear and pass upon any and all objections that may be made to the final
passage and adoption of said Commission Resolution No. 2519 and the establish-
ment of said schedule; and that said Resolution will be finally passed and
