Home My WebLink AboutResolution 2510 Approving terms for bonds for Bozeman Deaconess Foundation Project .-'.. i~ RESOLUTION NO. 2510 RESOLUTION RELATING TO HOSPITAL FACILITIES REVENUE BONDS (BOZEMAN DEACONESS FOUNDATION PROJECT); APPROVING THE TERMS THEREOF BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana, as follows: 1. Recitals. This Commission by Resolution No. 2498, adopted April 30, 1984, has approved and authorized the issuance of Hospital Facilities Revenue Bonds (3czeman Deaconess Foundation project), Series 1984 of the City under Title 90, Chapter 5, Montana Code Annotated. For purposes of this resolution the terms defined in Resolution No. 2498 shall have the same meaning herein. There has now been presented to this Commission the principal amount of the Bonds ($15,000,000), the maturity schedule of the Bonds, the interest rates on the Bonds, the redemption provisions with respect to the Bonds, the purchase price of the Bonds and various other terms and provisions with respect to the Bonds. In addition this Commission has now been informed that F & M Marquette National Bank, a national banking association, will act as Trustee, rather than First National Bank of Minneapolis, a national banking association, as stated in Resolution No. 2498. 2. Approvals. The principal amount of the Bonds, interest rates on the Bonds, maturity schedule of the Bonds, redemption provisions with respect to the Bonds, the purchase price of the Bonds and all other terms and provisions of the Bonds contained in the form of the Indenture before the Commission at this meeting are hereby approved, ratified and confirmed. The appointment of F & M Marquette National Bank, as Trustee, and Piper, Jaffray & Hopwood, Incorporated, as Indexing Agent (as defined in the Indenture) are hereby approved, ratified and confirmed. The action: of the City Manage~ and Clerk of the City Commission in executing the Bond Purchase Agreement are hereby approved, ratified and confirmed.
