COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2490
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
BOZEMAN AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE TO
RECERTIFY TO THE GALLATIN COUNTY TREASURER THOSE
SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS RELEVIED AND REASSESSED BY
PRIOR COMMISSION ACTION AND SUBSEQUENTLY CERTI-
FIED TO THE GALLATIN COUNTY TREASURER AS DELIN-
QUENT IN 1982.
WHEREAS, the City Commission re1evied and corrected the assessments for
Special Improvement Districts numbered 558, 584, 617, 626, 627, and 629 in
November, 1982; and
WHEREAS, such re1evy and assessment correction resulted in an increased
assessment for property within those districts; and
WHEREAS, the relevy and assessment correction was not reflected in assess-
ment notices issued prior to November 1, 1982, and, as a result, special assess-
ments certified to the Gallatin County Treasurer on December 13, 1982 did not
reflect the assessments as re1evied;
WHEREAS, the amounts billed pursuant Special Improvement District No. 591
were found to be inconsistent with the applicable Resolution of Levy and Assess-
ment and the necessary billing corrections were made effective November 1, 1983;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BOZEMAN:

That the Director of Finance be, and she is hereby directed, in accordance
with Section 7-12-4183, M.C.A., to recertify to the C1erk and Recorder and the
County Treasurer of Gallatin County the assessments for Special Improvement
Districts No. 558, 584, 591, 617, 626, 627 and 629 in order to correct the assess-
ment amounts which were previously certified to the Clerk and Recorder and the
County Treasurer of Gallatin County.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman,
Montana, at a regular session thereof held on the 12th day of December, 1983.

CERTIFICATE OF DIRECTOR OF FINANCE
I, Amy M. Swan, the duly appointed, qualified and acting Director
of Finance of the City of Bozeman, Montana, do hereby certify that the
attached schedule marked Schedule "A" and made a part of Resolution No.
2490, is a true and correct list of all delinquent special assessments
and installments of special assessments due and owing the City of Bozeman
as of November 30, 1982, at 5:00 p.m., as reassessed.
That this certificate and Schedule "A" attached hereto are made
pursuant to and in conformance with Chapter 2.32 of the Bozeman Municipal
Code of the City of Bozeman, Montana.
