RESOLUTION NO. 2484
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF BOZEMAN,
MONTANA, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2441, Section
2-J.
WHEREAS, the Bozeman City Commission passed and adopted
Resolution No. 2441 on May 2, 1983; and
WHEREAS, Section 2-J of said Resolution should be
amended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN:
That Section 2-J of Resolution No. 2441 should be
amended to state as follows:
J. The escrow account shall be established in the
following amounts:
Percentage of
Limited Ownership
Amount Required
40% up to but not
including 60%
first year's assessment
for all land in the
district not held in
individual ownership

first and second years'
assessments for all land
in the district not held
in individual ownership

land in the district not

ownership
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the City Commission of
the City of Bozeman, Montana, at its regular session held on
3rd
day of
