A RESCllJTICN OF THE CITY OO.flISSIQN CF THE CITY OF
BOZEMAN, MCNTANA, ESTABLISHING CURRENT RATES FOR
WATER USER CHARGES CF THE WATER UTILITY DIVISTCN,
CITY OF BCYlEMAN.
WHEREAS, the Public Service Carmission of the State of Hontana
has ordered by Order No. 4824, Docket No. 80.10.76 the City of Bozeman to,
upon sale of water revenue bonds, file tariffs which yield revenues sufficient
to yield 125% debt service coverage; and
WHEREAS, said tariffs, pursuant to the sale of Water Revenue
Bonds in the anDunt of $5,000,000 on November 18, 1982, have been duly
filed with the Public Service Camnission, and have been accepted thereby;
NCW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY CCMMISSIOO OF THE
CITY OF BOZEMAN 1 MONTANA:
Section 1
