COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2443
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOZEMAN , MONTANA, NAMI NG 1 st
TRUST COMPANY OF MONTANA AS THE PAYING
AGENT FOR THE 1982 SERIES WATER REVENUE
RONDS AND COUPONS.
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the City of Bozeman to name a
paying agent for the 1982 Series Water Revenue Bonds; and
WHEREAS, the staff has considered several proposals from
paying agent and has recommended 1 st Trust Company of Montana
be named as said paying agent;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOZEMAN:
That 1 st Trust Company of Montana is hereby designated as
authorized paying agent for the 1982 Series Water Revenue Bonds
and Coupons;
That the fee commitment for such services shall be:
$400.00
I nitial fee for set-up charge
(one time)
$ 10.00
Fee per bond at maturity, call
or redemption
I
$ 0.15
Fee per coupon payment
.
$400.00
Minimum for total fees collected
per calendar year.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Commission of the City of
Bozeman at a regular session thereof held on the 13th day of December,
1982.
