COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2404
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, VACATING A PORTION OF AN
ALLEY LOCATED BETWEEN WALLACE STREET AND IDA
STREET WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF THE CITY OF
BOZEMMAN.
WHEREAS, a Petition was received in writing of all
of the owners of property adjacent to a portion of an alley between
Wallace Street and Ida Street; and
WHEREAS, the City commission held a public hearing on
Monday, June 7, 1982, at the hour of 7:00 p.m. to hear testimony
in support of and in opposition to the vacation of said alley; and
WHEREAS, there being no objections to said Petition;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA,
That a tract of land lying along the south line of Peach
Street between Wallace Street and Ida Street being a 20 foot by
30 foot alley located between the east line of Lot 6 and the west
line of Lot 7 and Lot 4 of Block 7 in the Babcock and Davis
Addition to the City of Bozeman, is hereby declared to be vacated.
That this vacation does not effect any right for any
public utilities to continue to maintain its plant and equipment
in any street or alley.
DATED this 6th day of July, 1982.

NOTICE OF VACATION
OF AN ALLEY BETWEEN WALLACE STREET AND IDA STREET
A petition has been submitted to the City Commission of the
City of Bozeman, by the estate of Alfred B. Schnider, requesting
vacation of a 20-foot by 3D-foot alley located between the east
line of Lot 6 and the West Line of Lot 7 and Lot 4 of Block 7 in
the Babcock and Davis Addition to the City of Bozeman, Montana.
Said alley is more commonly known as lying along the south line
of Peach Street, between Wallace Street and Ida Street.
You are notified that the City Commission of the City of Bozeman
will consider the request at its meeting to be held on Monday, June 7,
1982, at 7:00 p.m. in the Commission Room, Municipal Building, 411 East
Main Street, Bozeman, Montana.
