COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2336
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOZEMAN DESIGNATING ALFRED
M. STIFF, MAYOR OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN,
AS OFFICIAL SIGNATOR ON BEHALF OF THE
CITY OF BOZEMAN ON ALL NECESSARY AND
PROPER DOCUMENTS TO BE FILED WITH THE
UNITED STATES ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
AGENCY.
WHEREAS, under the terms of the Water Pollution
Control Act (33 U.S.C. 466, et seq.), the United States
of America has authorized the making of grants authorized
applicants to aid in the construction of specific public
projects; and
WHEREAS, the City is required to designate appro-
priate officials to act as signators of all official
filings therein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission
of the City of Bozeman, Montana, that Alfred M. Stiff,
Mayor, is hereby designated official signator on behalf

of the City of Bozeman, for the execution of applications
,
and all other documents necessary and proper in conjunction
with governmental grant programs, as approved and processed
by the City Commission.
The Director of Finance is authorized and directed to
receive payment thereof.
UNANIMOUSLY PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of
January, 1982.
