RESOLUTION NO. 2335
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOZEMAN/VACATING ALL THAT
PORTION OF SOUTH 16th AVENUE LYING SOUTH
OF' THE SOUTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF WEST
KOCH STREET IN THE CITY OF BOZEMAN,
MONTANA.
WHEREAS, a request has been received to vacate all
that portion of South 16th Avenue lying south of the south
right-of-way line of West Koch Street; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Bozeman
has caused to be published a notice stating when request
for vacation will be acted upon; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission has found said vacation
will not be detrimental to the public interest.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
BOZEMAN:
1. The City of Bozeman hereby transfers all of its
right, title and interest in and to the following described
real property;
A street running north and south through
Block 3, Richards subdivision in the City
of Bozeman being 60 feet in width and 161
feet in length lying south of the south
right-of-way line of West Koch Street,
all of which is located in Gallatin County,
Montana.
