COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. ~
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF BOZEMAN AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF BOZEMAN TO
INCLUDE AS AN EXPENSE IN THE CREATION OF A
SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT CERTAIN INCIDENTAL
EXPENSES REQUIRED AND ALLOWED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, Section 7-12-4169, ~1.C.A. 1981, allows that
certain incidental expenses shall be considered a part of the cost
and expenses of making the improvments within a special improvement
district; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission desires to include these
expenses within the costs to create special improvement districts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN:
Section 1
That the City Manager shall annually compute the costs to
the City of Bozeman for the costs of preparation of plans, specifi-
cations, maps, and plats; engineering, superintendents and inspec-
tions; and preparation of assessment rolls, assessment billing and
publication fees.

Section 2
That the City Manager shall report to the City Commission
annually his estimate of the costs and expenses incurred by the
City in the creation of various special improvement districts.
Section 3
That the City of Bozeman is hereby authorized to include
as a part of the costs and expenses of making the improvements
within a special improvement district, the costs and expenses con-
nected with and incidental to the formation of any special improve-
ment district, including costs of preparation of plans, specifica-
tions, maps and plats; engineering, superintendents and inspections;
and preparation of assessment rolls, assessment billing and publica-
tion fees.
