COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2364
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA,
CONFIRMING AND APPROVING AN ADMINISTRATIVE CHARGE TO THE ENTERPRISE FUNDS
FROM THE GENERAL FUND.
WHEREAS, the City of Bozeman operates three enterprise funds, providing water, sewer, and
garbage servjces for residents; and
WHEREAS, numerous overhead charges are incurred in the everyday administration of
these services, which charges are paid for by the General Fund; and
WHEREAS, it is the intention of the City Commission that these enterprise funds be
operated in a proprietory, self-supporting manner;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISS ION OF THE CITY OF BOZmAN,
Section 1
That management is hereby authorized to provide for the City Commission for review
and action for annual reimbursements to the General Fund from these enterprise funds for admini-
strative overhead charges, which reimbursements shall be determined annually, based upon actual
costs incurred and overhead estimates.
Section 2
The Commission annually shall review the annual reimbursements pursuant to Section
7-13-4307 and Section 7-13-4205, M.C.A. 1981, and shall require each enterprise fund to reimburse
the General Fund for the various overhead charges and everyday administration expenses.
