COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2354
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTAN~ ESTABLISHING RATES
FOR WATER CHARGES FOR THE CITY OF BOZEMAN.
WHEREAS, the Public Service Commission of the State of
Montana, has issued a new Tariff Schedule for the City of Bozeman's
Vater Bepartment; and
WHEREAS, the new rates are established by Order No. 4824
in Docket No. 80.10.76 and are effective for water service rendered
on and after October 1, 1981;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTAN~ AS FOLLOWS, to-wit:
