CONTRACT FOR SERVICES
THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this ~y of ki, 2007 by
and between the Human Resource Development Council (HRDC) Homeownership
Center The Road to Home (RTH) and the City of Bozeman.
In their April 23, 2007 meeting, the City Commission approved a contract for $30,000
with R TH for the continued coordination of the services listed below. These funds will be
available to the HRDC for the period from July 1, 2007 through June 30, 2008.
o Homeownership Education courses;
o Pre-purchase homeownership counseling;
o Post-purchase homeownership counseling (includes foreclosure prevention
counseling); _ ____-
o Provide down-payment assistance and access to low-cost financing through
Montana Department of Commerce programs;
o Serve as a clearing house for information on affordable housing programs
for first-time home purchasers.
o RTH will provide one or more of the above services to 275 households.
RTH will work with employers and residents to provide necessary services and
homeownership education that will meet the City of Bozeman's Workforce Housing
Ordinance education requirements.
RTH will provide the City with an annual financial and program report for funds received
by RTH from the City through this and previous contracts.
