Sean Becker, Cr. Jeff Rupp, Cr. Steve Kirchhoff, Assistant City Manager Ron Brey, Director of Public Services Debbie Arkell, Planning Director Andy Epple, City Attorney Paul Luwe, Assistant City Attorney Tim Cooper, and Deputy City Clerk Stuart John Bernard. 0:11:53 [18:07:19] A. Call to Order - 6:00 PM - Community Room, Gallatin County Courthouse, 311 West Main 0:12:12 [18:07:56] Public Comment Mayor Krauss asked for Public Comment 0: 13: 17 [18:08:45] Public Comment - Peter Rugheimer Peter Rugheimer of 1404 Story Mill Road spoke about the landfill, hazardous waste facility, and pedestrian access along Story Mill and solutions to these problems. 0: 19:22 [18: 14:57] B. Executive Session - 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM - Litigation Strategy Mayor Krauss stated that an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the litigating position of the City and therefore, declared this portion of the meeting closed pursuant to MCA section 2-3- 203 (4) to discuss litigation strategy. 0:20:26 [18:16:03] Tim Cooper - Assistant City Attorney Tim Cooper led the discussion about litigation strategy. 1:24: 15 [19:19:12] C. Becker and seconded by Cr. Rupp to direct staff to contract with Aquacraftfor up to $20,000 to provide the consulting services outlined in the staff memorandum for the purpose of developing a plan to formally implement the 2002 Water Conservation Plan that addresses the concerns of the Commission. . ...
