Trout Meadows @ Cattail Lake SP #Z-06279 (Bristor/Heaston) Northeast of the intersection of Catamount Street & Fen Way * A Site Plan Application to allow the construction of new multi-family development with community building and related site improvements. 3. City Hotel & Residence Club SP/COA/DEV #Z-06287 (Bristor/Murray) 120 West Main Street * A Site Plan Application with a Certificate of Appropriateness and Deviations to allow the demolition of the existing Imperial Inn motel and the adjoining commercial building and the construction of a new hotel and condominium units with related site improvements. Laurel Glen MaSub Phases 3 & 4 Pre-App #P-06068 (Skelton/Murray) Southeast corner of Oak Street and Laurel Glen Way * A Major Subdivision Pre-Application to allow the subdivision of 68.912 acres into 140 single-household and 4 multi-household lots for R-1 (Residential Single-Household District), R-2 (Residential Two-Household, Medium Density District), R-3 (Residential Medium Density District), and R-4 (Residential High Density District) development. ITEM 4. INFORMAL REVIEW 1. Bridger Center Sub. Site Plan Informal #I-06033 (Knight/Johnson) Bridger Center Drive * An Informal Application for advice and comment on the construction of two 6,180 square foot buildings, a 4,190 square foot building, and a 6,552 square foot building with related site improvements.
