We are very pleased to see the location of the main park adjacent to the park planned for the Allison Subdivision, creating a very large community park area. . The relO(:ation of Mandeville Creek to its former streambed seems like a good idea . The odd octagonal shape of the park in the center of the development should effectively slow traffic and enhance visibility. . Great attention to safety will be required at the mid-block trail crossing on Oraf. RECOMMENDATION: . We are very pleased with the direction this development is taking with respect to parks and trails and we have no recommendations at this time.
