RESOLUTION NO. 2770
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
BOZEMAN, MONTANA, ESTABLISHING UNIFORM SAFETY CODE
INSPECTION FEES FOR THOSE
BUSINESSES AND
ORGANIZATIONS EXEMPT FROM
THE CITY'S LICENSING
AUTHORITY AS REQUIRED BY ORDINANCE NO. 12Y2.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 1292
requires every business and
organizatlon exempted trom
the City s business licensing
requirements to be inspected for public health and
satety under
the unitorm safety codes entorced by the City ot Bozeman;
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 1292
requires that the reasonable
unitorm safety code inspection
tee be periodically set, taking
into account actual costs ot the City
incurred in making said
inspections.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED by the City Commission of
Bozeman, Montana, pursuant to Ordinance No.
1292 that the safety
code inspection fee shall be established as tollows:
