RESOLUTION NO. 2774
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA,
DECLARING ITS INTENT TO ADOPT THE PROPOSED UPDATED
MASTER PLANAS RECOMMENDED BY THE CITY-COUNTY PLANNING
BOARD
WHEREAS, the Bozeman City-County Planning Board, following
numerous public informational meetings, conducted a public hearing
on the Proposed Updated Master Plan (Plan) for the Bozeman area on
the 29th day of November; and
WHEREAS, the Bozeman City-County Planning Board by resolution
has recommended to the Bozeman City Commission that the Plan, as
revised after public comment, be adopted by the City Commission;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of
Bozeman, Montana, following public comment and public hearing for
possible revision that it is the intent of the City Commission to
adopt said Plan. The public hearing on said matter to be held on
the 15th day of January, 1990, at 7:00 P.M. in the City
Commmission Chambers of the Bozeman Municipal Building, 411 East
Main Street, Bozeman, Montana. All written comments on the Plan,
in order to be considered at said public hearing, must be

received by the City Commission at the office of the Clerk of the

Commission, Bozeman Municipal Building, 411 East Main Street,
Bozeman, Montana, by 5:00 o'clock P.M. on the 10th day of
January, 1990.
