Little Bear House Annexation #A-06012 (Sanford/Stodola) 1604 West Lincoln Street * An Annexation Application to allow the annexation of 0.66 acres into the city. 2. Little Bear House/Kirt ZMA #Z-06249 (Sanford/Stodola) 1604 West Lincoln Street * A Zone Map Amendment Application to establish an initial urban zoning designation of R-1 (Residential Single-Household, Low Density District) on .66 acres and to change the zoning designation form R-S (residential Suburban) to R-1 (Residential Single-Household, Low Density District) on 0.7 acres in conjunction with annexation. ITEM 3. SECOND WEEK REVIEW 1. Mandeville Creek MaSub Pre-App #P-06064 (Saunders/Murray) 3800 South 19th Avenue * A Major Subdivision Pre-Application to allow the subdivision of 79.98 acres into 235 lots for R-1 ( Residential Single-Household Low density District) and R-2 (Residential Two-Household Medium Density District) development. 2. Foxtail Street ADU’s CUP’s (6 CUP’s) #Z-06265 – #Z-06270 (Bristor/Heaston) 3050, 3081, 3109, 3123, 3131, & 3141 Foxtail Street * Conditional Use Permit Applications to allow the construction of an Accessory Dwelling Unit above the garage with related site improvements.
